Welcome. Feel free to download my resume here.
As a result of having to waste a lot of time on interviews that lead to nothing since the time I was laid off from the Pearson project, I do not have the motivation to participate in interviews without financial encouragement. It seems to me that recruiters/outsource companies do not value the time and effort that I put into participating in interviews with them. As a result of that I may provide you with recordings of my previous technical interviews. You may watch this one free of charge. Remember you are not allowed to copy or anyhow else save this video to your computer/phone or any other device. You have allowance to watch it strictly for purposes of estimation my professional and technical fit to position you are looking to fill as a recruiter or company representative. If you would like to see more video recordings of previously recorded interviews you may buy them at a price $20/hour if you would like to watch them instead of financially encouraging me to participate in technical/non technical interviews with you to determine fit the position you are looking to fill.
I believe that my personal project https://programmer-underworlds.club and it’s source code (which is available for public access) contains enough examples of how I write code and demonstrates my level as a software developer, which means that you or your technical specialists are able to open the source code of my personal project and come to conclusions if you are satisfied with my coding skills.
If you still want to put me through your interview processes and/or code assessments - If you are a recruiter or representative of a recruiting agency and you or your client is one of the 100 top leading tech companies (as mentioned in this list: https://www.thomsonreuters.com/en/products-services/technology/top-100 ) - then by arranging an interview with me, or by asking me to complete code assessment - you agree to financially compensate my time at the rate $16.67 for every 10 minutes I spend on an interview arranged by you, rounded up. This agreement is automatically accepted by you as a recruiter in case you have received my resume and reached out to me after familiarizing yourself with the content of this document, and your company agrees to this agreement, as you are the representative of your company.
